Refund Policy

Customer Friendly Refund / Free Replacement Policy.

You can cancel the order before 10 AM of the next day (from the order placing day) by calling or WhatsApp on +91-8087732360 and avail 100% Refund. As all the Artworks are made to order, so you won't be allowed to cancel after that if the order has been processed. 

In case, case you want to cancel the order even after it is processed but before dispatch, you will be charged 50% cancellation fees.  Once it's dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

If a damaged or different item is received, you can send the photos to care@harmonyarts.com or WhatsApp on +91-8087732360 within 3 days of receiving. We shall arrange the pickup and process a Free Replacement upon review of the returned product.
